  1. Services

I agree to provide online tutoring in a range of Science subjects. Each session is 60 minutes long unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Fees & Payment

  1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To protect my time and preparation work, the following rules apply:

  • More than 24 hours' notice: You may reschedule or cancel for a full refund/credit.
  • Less than 24 hours' notice: 25% of the session fee is charged.
  • "No-show": 50% of the session fee is charged.
  • Tutor Cancellation: If I am unable to attend, I will offer a priority reschedule at your preference.
  1. Your Responsibilities
  • Environment: Students should be in a quiet, distraction-free space.
  • Tech: It is the student’s responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and functioning webcam/mic.
  • Supervision: For students under 18, a parent or guardian must be present in the home (though not necessarily in the room) during the session. 
  1. Guarantees & Liability

While I strive for the best academic outcomes, I cannot guarantee specific grades or exam results. My liability is limited to the cost of the session provided.

  1. Privacy

I will only use student data (name, email, schoolwork) for tutoring purposes and will not share it with third parties.
